Affordable Rental Guys provides dumpster and portable toilet rentals in Arlington, Texas. A booking covers the equipment, delivery, pickup, rental period, and other items specifically listed in your estimate or confirmed order. Extra services, such as additional pickups, cleaning visits, longer rental periods, or special placement, require separate approval and may add charges.
Customers must describe the intended use and keep prohibited items out of containers. Landfills may reject hazardous waste and liquids under applicable Texas Commission on Environmental Quality solid waste rules and facility restrictions.
For street placement, customers must obtain any required City of Arlington right-of-way permit before delivery. Waste must be secured for transport in keeping with applicable Texas load-securement rules.
Portable sanitation service for construction sites does not replace the customer’s responsibility to meet OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51. Changes to placement, equipment, rental length, waste type, or service frequency need our approval before we act on them. A change may affect availability or the estimate.
If conditions at the site prevent safe or lawful delivery, we may ask you to adjust the placement or schedule. We will explain the proposed change and any related charge before proceeding, except where immediate action is needed to address a safety concern.
Estimates, Charges, and Payment
An estimate is based on the information you provide, including service location, equipment, rental period, access, placement, and the requested work. Review the estimate and order details before approving them.
The final amount may change if the approved scope changes or if information about the site or requested service was incomplete or inaccurate. We will seek your approval for a scope change and explain any added charge before doing the extra work.
Payment timing and accepted payment methods will be stated in your estimate, order, or invoice. Payment is due according to those terms.
Ask us about any unclear line item before confirming the booking. Charges may apply for approved additional service, an extended rental period, or other work described in your order.
We do not promise a price or payment arrangement that is not stated in writing. If a billing question arises, contact us with the order or invoice details so we can review the charge with you.
Equipment Condition and Service Commitments
Affordable Rental Guys will provide the equipment and services described in the confirmed order. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, a fixed coverage period, or a promise that equipment will suit a use that was not disclosed when booking. Any specific warranty or service commitment applies only if we provide it in writing with the order.
Tell us promptly if equipment appears damaged, needs attention, or does not match the confirmed booking. We will review the issue and discuss reasonable next steps under the order.
Coverage or service remedies may not apply to damage caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, improper loading, excluded materials, or conditions outside our control. Customers must use equipment as directed and follow applicable safety and disposal rules.
Do not attempt repairs or move equipment without our approval. If a written warranty applies, its stated terms control, including any duration, exclusions, and claim instructions. Nothing in this section removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
Customers are responsible for choosing a suitable placement area, disclosing underground utilities and other known hazards, and obtaining permits required for their site. Containers placed on Arlington streets may require a City of Arlington right-of-way permit.
We are not responsible for pre-existing driveway, pavement, landscaping, utility, or building conditions, or for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or improper use. Customers must follow applicable waste rules, including Texas Commission on Environmental Quality requirements and landfill restrictions on hazardous waste and liquids. Waste transport must comply with applicable Texas load-securement rules.
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a claim tied to a particular service is limited to the amount paid for that service.
